Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™, a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and energy tech companies in North America now in its 26th year, announced its 2020 list, and Piano is proud to announce a ranking of 258, with a tremendous growth rate of 458% during this period.
This is the second year for Piano ranking on Deloitte’s prestigious list, which boasts many distinguished technology providers across North America. Piano’s tremendous growth is attributed to product expansion across its core solutions for subscriptions, advertising and personalization, as well as a growing market need for digital businesses to quickly engage audiences and monetize content.
“Each year the Technology Fast 500 listing validates how important technology innovation is to our daily lives. It was interesting to see this year that while software companies continued to dominate, biotech companies rose to the top of the winners list for the first time, demonstrating that new categories of innovation are accelerating in the pursuit of making life easier, safer and more productive,” said Mohana Dissanayake, partner, Deloitte & Touche LLP, and industry leader for technology, media and telecommunications, within Deloitte’s audit and assurance practice. “We extend sincere congratulations to these well-deserved winners — who all embody a spirit of curiosity, and a never-ending commitment to making technology advancements possible.”
Piano’s Deloitte listing is another testament to the rapid growth it has experienced. In the past 18 months, Piano has forged relationships with hundreds of publishers such as TechCrunch, Business Insider, The Daily Memphian, Funke Mediengruppe, DER STANDARD, Mediahuis, and many more. Additionally, Piano has expanded its leadership footprint, having its new Chief Marketing Officer, Ashley Deibert and new Chief Growth Officer, Joanna Catalano.
