Piano Introduces Global Experiences for Easier Brand Experiences Management

For publishers who manage multiple brands under one group umbrella, creating seamless experiences for customers across hundreds of digital applications requires extra time, effort and operational resources.

With our new Composer feature, Global experiences, publishers can now seamlessly create, deploy and manage experiences across all their connected applications while retaining brand-specific autonomy. Publishers can now:

  • Create a global experience and define which experience elements should be populated with brand-specific values when deployed globally
  • Test and validate the experience locally, and publish to be globally managed and deployed when ready
  • Populate brand-specific values across applications from a centralized view and deploy across multiple applications at once
